Can I use it from any device?
Yes. our platform is cloud-based and can be operated from any desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile device with a web browser and internet connection.
Can this solution be used for other applications other than random drug and alcohol testing?

Yes, you can use our tools for any application where randomized notifications are required. Managing probation is just one of the many ways customers are utilizing our software.

Is it secure?

We take pride in employing next-generation 2048-bit SSL data encryption and storage methods that exceed both bank and military standards.

Is it HIPAA compliant?

Reconnect’s messaging and video chat both meet HIPAA regulations and Reconnect staff complete HIPAA compliance courses regularly. 

To further protect participant privacy, Reconnect makes identifiable participant information optional. Some facilities privatize participant information with unique user IDs, rather than names. Health or medical records are not stored on our system.
