Is it easy to set up?

Our onboarding process is tailored to help you meet your program goals and we’re with you every step of the way! We do our best to set you up for success with a dedicated Account Manager and a growing library of platform resources.  

Can I use it from any device?

Yes. our platform is cloud-based and can be operated from any desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile device with a web browser and internet connection.

Can this solution be used for other applications other than random drug and alcohol testing?

Yes, you can use our tools for any application where randomized notifications are required. Managing probation is just one of the many ways customers are utilizing our software.

Is it secure?

We take pride in employing next-generation 2048-bit SSL data encryption and storage methods that exceed both bank and military standards.

Is it HIPAA compliant?

We require no personal, identifiable information. Some facilities privatize client information with unique user IDs, rather than names. You have the option to provide either a name or a unique user ID for managing clients. PINs are randomly assigned for your convenience. Health or medical records are not stored on our system.
