What do you do at Reconnect?
I work primarily in product, with strong ties to customer success as well as sales. You may find me hosting training sessions with a court team, traveling to conferences, white boarding our next improvement, or working closely with our engineers to prioritize and clarify asks.
What’s your favorite part of working at Reconnect?
I have really enjoyed getting to know case managers and court professionals across the country. These teams are making a difference for folks struggling with profound issues; I am grateful that I can support teams in that work.
If you could instantly become an expert in something, what would it be?
Personal finance. I would love to be able to apply that knowledge effectively for myself and to assist my friends. The other skills that I am working on- language (Spanish and ASL) and textile art- are shaped by practice and experience.
Bonus Question: What’s your guilty pleasure?
Right now I have this big baggy pair of overalls that I am covering with embroidery and patches. I love creating things. I am excited for these overalls to be covered in colors and sloppy stitches! No guilt associated, just the pleasure of making something with my hands!
