What do you do at Reconnect?

I’m a Director of Customer Success, which is basically lifecycle account management. I work with programs from interest through purchasing, and then serve as their account manager to make sure they are getting the most out of Reconnect. I am also heavily involved in sales and general business development/strategy.

What’s your favorite part of working at Reconnect?

I enjoy how diverse my role is– there’s never a dull moment and I’m constantly learning. I also love all of the court and program staff I work with, which is a pretty wide array of characters. They She’s having fun and we’re here for it! are all incredibly dedicated and passionate and everyone has a strong and fun personality.

What do you listen to when you’re driving?

Yikes. Probably not going to admit that publicly. Safe answer: My fiancé is from Tennessee and unfortunately I now love country music.

Bonus Question: What’s your favorite family
tradition?

I’m from the woods of Maine and my family is big on long walks. Any time we’ve eaten too much we’ll set off on a 5+ mile walk to nowhere and it’s lovely.
