What do you do at Reconnect?
I’m the Director of Operations. On any given day, my tasks may range from customer support and event logistics to video creation and graphic design.
What’s your favorite part of working at Reconnect?
I started out as a freelancer for the company back in 2013 (when it was known as call2test) and helped out for a couple of years. In 2018 I rejoined in a full-time capacity to help with support, onboarding, and billing. Over the (almost) 10 years since I first started, I’ve learned so much and grown as a person – I’m incredibly appreciative of that. Reconnect’s mission has always meant a lot to me as well.

Anything pop culture related; movies, TV, music, etc.
Bonus Question: What’s an album you recommend that has no bad songs?
White Ladder by David Gray. During college I spent a semester abroad in Ireland and that album was huge there at the time. I wound up seeing David perform many times live and even got to interview him for a music blog I once ran!
